About the Role:
We’re looking for a Designer to support marketing, growth, and product teams with high-quality, performance-driven creative across multiple channels. This role focuses on producing modular, reusable assets for lifecycle campaigns, in-app marketing, social media, and presentations. You’ll work closely with marketing and leadership to test, iterate, and scale visual systems that drive engagement and conversion.
What You’ll Do:
Design modular, mobile-first email templates and campaign assets
Create in-app marketing visuals including banners, interstitials, and paywalls
Support A/B testing initiatives by producing design variants for performance optimization
Design executive and sales decks with clear data visualization and reusable templates
Create platform-native social content (static and motion) for feeds, Stories, Reels, and carousels
Develop strong thumbnails, titles, and visual hooks to improve engagement
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout)
Ability to design for multiple formats and sizes while maintaining consistency
Understanding of how design impacts CTR, conversion, and adoption
Comfort working in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments
