Job Description:

Analytical & Documentation:

• Create BRD that is sent to the development and testing team to be used as a referral while implementing the project
• Create wireframes for the project and add it to the BRD to simplify the work for the developing and testing team
• Update project wireframes upon new CRs to update the team with the new changes
• Create BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation) diagram to clarify the business workflow
• Create use cases diagrams to list the business actions and steps
• Implementing system configuration into the systems

Client Exposure:

• Gather requirements from client to create business requirement document for new projects or services
• Collect, analyze and document project scope to be sent with the proposals
• Verify the output from development team before sending it to the client
• Coordinate with client regarding their comments about the system to document it

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Software with a minimum of 2+ years in Business Analysis.
• Excellent Communication, Facilitation and Elicitation skills
• Problem-solving and Critical thinking.
• Excellent Documentation and specification skills
• Mastering visual modeling tools.
• Knowledgeable of the product life cycle in different methodologies (Traditional, Agile, … etc.)
• Fluent in English.
