Role Overview
We’re seeking a Business Analyst Lead with a proven track record across government, telecom, and banking domains. You’ll translate business needs into clear, testable requirements using both traditional analysis (e.g., use cases, process models) and Agile/Scrum practices (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria). The role also supports presales, requiring confident client engagement and polished presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, FRD, use cases, user stories, workflows).
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Model current/future processes; define acceptance criteria and traceability.
- Partner with product/engineering to prioritize scope and manage change.
- Support presales: solution framing, decks/demos, RFP/RFI responses.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations and status updates.
- 8+ years of business analysis experience, ideally spanning government, telecom, and banking.
- Strong command of both traditional BA methods and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to produce clear, structured documentation (use cases, user stories, process flows).
- Presales exposure (customer workshops, proposals, demos) is a strong plus.
