Job Description:

Analytical & Documentation:

Create BRD that is sent to the development and testing team to be used as a referral while implementing the project

Create wireframes for the project and add it to the BRD to simplify the work for the developing and testing team

Update project wireframes upon new CRs to update the team with the new changes

Create BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation) diagram to clarify the business workflow

Create use cases diagrams to list the business actions and steps

Implementing system configuration into the systems

Client Exposure:

Gather requirements from client to create business requirement document for new projects or services

Collect, analyze and document project scope to be sent with the proposals

Verify the output from development team before sending it to the client

Coordinate with client regarding their comments about the system to document it

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline.

3+ years of experience in Software with a minimum of 2+ years in Business Analysis.

Excellent Communication, Facilitation and Elicitation skills

Problem-solving and Critical thinking.

Excellent Documentation and specification skills

Mastering visual modeling tools.

Knowledgeable of the product life cycle in different methodologies (Traditional, Agile, … etc.)
