About the role


A Buying Assistant is supporting in increasing non consumable and consumables portfolio




Key Responsibilities:


Raising Purchase Orders of replenishment on timely basis.

Helping account manager in scheduling and tracking purchase orders.

Ensuring products are getting inbounded on time.

Helping account manager in reconciliation of Good receive note and payment posting.

Keep track of Return to Vendor and communicating with seller to get it picked.



Qualifications:


Fresh Grad - 1 year of experience.

Excellent English profile.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft skills.

Excellent Communication skills.

Ability to understand and analyze huge data.
