Roles and Responsibilities
Write memos and prepare presentations as requested by the Executive Director.
-Prepare Executive Director’s responses to routine memos, official letters, and
other correspondence.
- Record meeting discussions and provide minutes.
- Maintain a sound and comprehensive filing system.
- Manage and maintain Executive Director’s schedules, including scheduling and
organizing travel arrangements and participation to conferences, making and
updating meeting appointments.
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field (management, business administration,
economics is a plus)
- Proficient use of spreadsheet, word processing, statistical & database packages and
presentation software is a must
- Social media, and project management skills are preferable
