Develop plans for staffing the positions with the Line Manager
Coordinate with Line Managers to define the HR requirements and develop candidate specifications for the open positions
Responsible for recruitment of required staff within agreed timelines and budgets
Maintain market information about the positions handled
Ownership of recruitment processes and related documentation and timely and accurate reporting

Manage and maintain candidate pipeline
Attract appropriate candidates for the position through the internal advertising and as required a network of recruitment agencies advertisements/other sources
Maintain a CV databank for relevant positions in the Bank by scanning all resumes received through the mail walk in candidates
Conduct interviews in order to shortlist candidates for open positions
Recommend grade salary for the new recruits
Conduct due diligence for all external recruits including written verbal reference checks and any other screening procedure
Responsible for induction of staff up to grade J into the Bank
Responsible for maintaining accurate HR reports and sharing same with HR at H O in line with the reporting calendar
Responsible for general recruitment administration including the updating of details on HRMS
Knowledge Skills Required
6 years of HR experience in a similar position
A good understanding of the banks business requirements
Experience and skills in evaluation of candidates to assess job and profile fit
Must have through knowledge of immigration and labor law
Explicit attention to detail
Fluency in written and spoken English Language
