Responsibilities:-
• Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects.
• Communicate directly with managers and clients to discuss and organize projects.
• Monitoring progress and ascertaining whether phases of the construction process comply with building plans and project deadlines.
• Address and report safety concerns promptly.
• Prepare and submits progress reports.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and reports.
Requirements and skills:-
• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, plus a minimum of 10 years experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques.
• Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.
