Job Responsibilities

Collect.  monitor and analyzes the cost components of an activity in order to achieve budgeting and cost control requirements.

Prepare.  collect and tab actual and planned data for all activities in order to calculate performance indicators.

Collect data.  participate in preparing the planning budgets for the activity.  compares them with the actual results.  and monitors the cost components of products in order to adhere to the planning budget and achieve goals.

Collect the necessary data to prepare periodic comparisons of the monthly activity plans in order to achieve control and performance evaluation.

Prepare the necessary reports for the activity to support decision-making related to costs and participates in the analysis of financial indicators for all cost items related to the activity.

Monitor inventory and present reports with the aim of supporting appropriate decision-making.

Participate and prepare inventory requirements for stores in order to ensure balances.

Follow up the implementation of improvement projects in activity in order to know the developments and the financial impact on the cost.

Participate in the analysis of performance deviations from the plan in order to support the process of evaluating and evaluating performance.

Follow up and implements the monthly work cycles within the department and with the activity to follow up the performance with the aim of ending them in the specified times.

Review and approve the activitys supply orders to achieve the objectives required for the supply process.


Job Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce-accounting department.

1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.

General knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.

Specialized knowledge of accounting practices and procedures related to costing accounts.

General knowledge of Data analysis and forecasting methods.

Good Communication skills.

Very good command in spoken and written English.

Very good in Microsoft office programs specially in power Bi.

Advanced level in excel is required.
