Main Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the departments hiring needs with the line managers to prepare the annual manpower plan according to the approved headcount budget.
- Keep the job descriptions update.
- Coordinate the best fit recruitment tools that would cover providing the competent talents the company do require.
- Participate in employment fairs and arrange with the concerned parties internal and external related matters.
- Collect CVs from different recruitment channels
- Screen CVs and assess the potential candidates based on competency based interviews & conduct reference check for the accepted candidates.
- Coordinate with the compensation and benefits team the offering process till the candidate is being placed onboard.
- Update employees status for the assigned departments using HITS application.
- Prepare and present a monthly staffing progress report showing the progress of the hiring versus the set time plan.
Requirements:
- University Degree, preferable in Business Administration, related studies in Human Resources is a plus.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR mainly in recruitment.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
