Responsibilities
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
Supervise members of the administrative staff equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
Manage agendas travel plans and appointments for upper management
Manage emails letters packages phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Welcoming visitors Customers in person or on the telephone by answering their inquiries
Plan schedule and organize office meetings
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material e g pens forms brochures interview applications
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
Make sure that House Rules are applied
Qualifications
Bachelors degree Business Administration or equivalent experience
Females ONLY
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant Office Admin at least for 1 year
Strong interpersonal customer service and communication skills
Excellent English Fluency with email writing skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferable Cairo Giza Residents
