Reports to: Manager, Administration and Planning
Purpose: The job holder will perform all the duties pertaining to the students as assigned, in addition to various routine administrative and general office duties involving transcription, typing, and file maintenance. In addition to any other secretarial or administrative tasks needed upon request.

University degree is required
Experience:

At least 1 - 3 years of experience in related field
Skills:
Ability to maintain high confidentiality, operate individually and as a member of a team
Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English, written/spoken
Fluent in Arabic
Good communication/interpersonal skills
