Location: - New Cairo - 5th settlement
Working Hours: - From 10:00 A.m. To 6:00 P.M.
Working Days: - 6 Days and 1 Day Off "Friday"
Job Description:
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree is a must.
• At least 6 Months of Experience in the HR Field.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Very Good command of English.
