Job Description:
Monitor social media channels for industry trends. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments. Review analytics and create reports on key metrics. Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Work with design teams or use graphic design tools to create visually appealing posts.
- Implement the brand s social media strategy, ensuring it aligns with the business goals.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Monitor, respond to, and drive engagement with followers on all platforms in a timely manner.
- Encourage positive interaction and engagement, while managing negative comments professionally.
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
- Compile reports for management showing results and growth.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices, including technologies, platforms, design, and strategy.
- Monitor trends in social media, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use and effectiveness of social media.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Attend meetings or events, capturing content for social media channels as required.
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Allocate budget and monitor ad performance to ensure a good return on investment.
- Build and maintain the brand s community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Engage in social listening to understand current sentiments and perceptions about the brand.
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
- Train co-workers on the best practices of using social media.
- Stay updated with digital technology trends and attend workshops or training to enhance skills.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills
