We are looking for an office assistant and the specifications for the job are the following
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Provide information to clients over the phone.
• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
• handling clerical tasks.
• Sending professional e-mails & reports.
• Able to make professional Presentations.
• Able to use (Outlook - Word – Excel – PowerPoint)
• Ready to learn our inventory
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
• Warm personality, presentable with strong communication skills, presentation skills
• Prioritizing & Time Management
• Great communication skills.
• Work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word - Excel - Powerpoint)
Job type: Full-time job.
Salary: 4k
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
