as "Accountant Support for our software", and give our customers
sufficient support to use our cloud ERP software (Daftra), efficiently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Resolve
  product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint;
  determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best
  solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment;
  following up to ensure resolution.
• Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements.
• Answer our customers questions via our call center and resolve their issues via phone, email or chat.
• Handling complaints.
• Hold online meetings with the clients to demonstrate/explain the product technicalities or to solve critical problems.
• Testing the system and reporting if there are any bugs.
