Answering Customer Calls
Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way
Providing customers with the organizations service and product information
Following up complicated customer calls when required
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM

Graduates Only Can Apply
Good Command of English level
Completed or Exempted from the military Service
Cairo Residents Only
Good command of reading numbers
Good handling skills and communication skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
