Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the induction process for the Direct Sales

• Assuring the complete fulfillment of the hiring documents required by the company, and essential for the FRA registration
• Preparing the contracts for Direct Sales.
• Preparing the contracts for Direct Brokers.

2.Responsible for the FRA custody.

3.Handling all orphan policies with the IT department.

4.Responsible for the clearance process for the Direct Sales.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in any discipline

* 1 – 3 years of working experience, as HR admin preferred in the insurance field

*
Time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and
duties simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities.

* Knowing and dealing with sales commission calculations rules is a must.

* Very good communication skills.

* Takes ownership responsibilities and possess problem solving mindset.

* Very good command of English.

* Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and others)

* Strong Excel experience, reporting, pivoting, creating dashboards with equations.
