Job description:
1)Interact with UAE Elite and VIP customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
2)Resolve customers potential problems by clarifying the customers
complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to
ensure resolution.
3)Update clients account data on the company website to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates.
Job Requirements:
University Graduates of any major
Fluent in English(B2)
Minimum 6 months previous call center experience
Flexible with rotational shifts
