An opportunity is available to join our successful team as an Accountant we are an export consultancy company working in the field of market research on behalf of foreign individuals and companies we provide commercial advice and cover the whole of the Middle Eastern and Northern African region
Job tasks include
1 General Accounting
Manage all accounting transactions
Managing accounts payable
Preparing reports on financial activities
Reviewing purchase orders before they are processed
Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Preparing ledger entries with earnings and deductions
2 Payroll Accounting
Entering payroll information and maintaining payroll files
Calculating salaries Bonus earnings and vacation Penalties deductions
Managing SI shares Governmental funds and Salary tax payments
Issuing paychecks in a timely manner
Job Requirements
BSc in Accounting Finance or relevant degree is a must
Additional certification CPA or CMA is a plus
A minimum of two years experience as a Accountant or in a similar role is a must
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Hands on experience with accounting software
Extensive knowledge of payroll functions including preparation balancing internal control and payroll taxes
Ability to maintain and update employees payroll files
Good English language is a must
Very Good Computer Skills is a plus
Advanced MS Excel skills is a must
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Male or Female
Preferably aged between 25 40 years
Cairo residents only preferably Nearby Nasr City
