Key Responsibilities
Planning & Monitoring Process
- Responsible
for advancing the mission of Andalusia for improved patient experience
by providing organizational development opportunities to accelerate
performance, elevate productivity, employee engagement, and retention of
talent in the organization - Conducts historical data analysis
studies as per request and/or possible impacts on job design upon
requesting KPI and/or JD modification.
Operational Excellence Process
- Collects
monthly performance data from various stakeholders, analyzes
performance trends, recommends and follows up corrective actions to
improve individual and department of assigned functions. - Collects
monthly productivity data from various stakeholders, analyzes
performance trends, recommends and follows up corrective actions to
improve individual and department of assigned functions - Effectively
diagnoses OD opportunities and identifies potential solutions by
interpreting relevant qualitative and quantitative data. - Clearly communicates OD recommendations and outlines processes to support organizational change.
- Creates and updates job descriptions, leveling, and relative PMS sheets.
- Develops
KRAs and KPIs used to evaluate the performance of job holders within
assigned functions in alignment with the quality team. - Helps
broader organizations connect OD work with learning, development, and
career growth by partnering with OD Business Partners in the development
and implementation of IDPs. - Create the succession plan framework to conduct potentiality tests, leadership assessments, and CBIs.
Partners with line managers in BU and OD Business Partners to update BUs organizational structure.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Coaches
leaders and teams on effective business behaviors, change management
tools, and resources needed to lead teams within assigned functions.
Innovation Process
- Develops
talent management, leadership development, and knowledge management
initiatives that would support succession planning and Training &
Development. - Recommends change management Initiatives
Job Requirements
Experience, Education:
Essential
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management or Public Relations/ Business Administration, Business Management.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR

- Previous Experience as workforce or Data Analyst or Financial Analyst
