Job Responsibilities :-
• Ensuring the highest level of service quality, closely liaising with
MSP "Managing Service Provider", local and international organizations,
and other stockholders .
• Monitor and maintains the relationship with our technology partners, Assesses skills of the MSP .
• Works with the MSP to Achieve the goals and objectives of agreements .
• Reviews and authorizes work orders/ requests and ensure that all
required ITD "Information Technology Division approvals are obtained.
• Reviews and participate to ensure that service delivery and sort all
system issues and if needed participate MSP support team, process issues
and escalation procedure
Job Requirements :-
• Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field of study .
• 3 years of experience in banking sector Specialist in ATM switch & CMS filed .
• Basic knowledge of Database "Oracle & SQL" .
• Basic knowledge of networking and routing .
• Basic knowledge of operating systems "Linux & Unix & Windows server" .
