Principal Accountabilities:
LSRU Events
Assist in the preparation and implementation of LSRU events.
Responsible for the registration process of all LSRU events and extracting data into excel format.
Responsible for preparing and printing the pre, post- test and evaluation forms.
Design and print events agendas.
Design the backdrop screen for LSRU events.
Design and prepare name tents for participants.
Ensure a proper documentation of events including photography and video recordings.
Perform other tasks as needed.
Database:
Prepare data sheets for each event including numerical statistics and charts.
Ensure that the LSRU data base is maintained and sorted regularly.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Collect data and information for monitoring use
Collaborate with the MQ and outreach coordinators in carrying out impact assessment research
