Act as an internal service provider for the Henkel Marketing and Sales organizations by providing business partners in Marketing and Sales with performance of day-to-day reporting
Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis, needed for decision making of global process owners
Support and cooperate in harmonization initiatives and migration projects
Test & analyze necessary changes and advise on future steps in adherence with the guidelines of the framework
Analyze sales effectiveness, pricing, profitability, client channel turnover, market development, and launch control
Handle projects related to system enhancements and process improvements
Execute an efficient reporting system: Market Share/Brand Management/Competitor/Customer analysis
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
1-2 years of experience, preferably in the same field
Fluent English speaker. French is a plus
Analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient user of MS Office applications
