· Contacting people whether through walk-ins/ referrals/ data mining or other methods.
· Complete fact-finding and product recommendations to protect and benefit the bank customers.

Provide excellent customer service and business conversation
activities, including handling all customer inquiries, requests,
complaints, and other customer service-related matters.
· Driving sales and achieve the set targets.

Consistent production while taking care of customer needs, business
quality, products diversification and level of bank partner commitment.

Responsible for offering products solutions on insurance and financial
needs to the branches customers to ensure achieving individual,
companys vision and target.
· Engage a friendly and trustworthy rapport with the staff members and branch managers of the bank.
· Encourage connections by directing customers who need financial services to the banks employees.
·
Conduct regular conversations with staff members of bank branches to
share information on insurance, discuss Wafas product offerings, and
learn about any challenges or concerns about selling insurance if any.
· Keep the banks

Branch manager informed of daily operations, branch performance,
referral status, and drive necessary and professional escalation as
needed.
· Maintain communication with operations and underwriters regarding their necessary requirements until the policies are issued.
·
Ensure that customers meet all documentation requirements, take any
necessary medical exams, and submit all required documents to operations
in a timely manner.
· Meet all business requirements in terms of accuracy and reports deadlines.
Required qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in the Sales Bancassurance.
