Pepla is hiring a customer service representative for a night shift and a weekend shift.
Working hours: Sunday 6 pm to 12 am
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat on all social platforms.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customers needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and English Language is a MUST.
- Ability to work remotely and be prompt.
