Job Requirements

Bachelors degree In Business Administration or any related field.

2+ years experience of working on a L&D supervisor.

Significant experience with effective learning and development methods

Practical experience with MS Office 

Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking

Strong consultative approach

Excellent active listening, negotiation, Strong Communication and Presentation Skills

People oriented and results driven Knowledge of HR systems and database

SAP and Success Factors experience is preferred.
