Description
As a VF-Cash Ops. Specialist you will be responsible of the day to day of enterprise cash operation with an overlook of reporting & process handling.
Job Responsibility
Develop new operating models supporting the new financial services opportunities.
Ensure all new launches have proper support model with proper SLAs
Own the preparation of internal POs, and project management activities related to the launch and sustainability of new services.
Responsible for building proper customer experience for VF Cash across the market
Ensure all services, processes are compliant with CBE regulations, Group AML standards and corporate security policy
Required Criteria
Commercial operations experience
Good knowledge of VF Cash
Communication skills
Negotiation and collaboration skills.
