Job Description
Deals with most of the governmental entities in Egypt in addition to providing general guidance to all activities related to government engagement.
Works closely with the Egyptian Ministries and other related organizations to ensure that all required documents are issued on time and are kept up to date.
Deals with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerning employees.
Prepares social insurance required documents for staff members and the organization including Form 1, Form 2, and Form 6.
Builds direct and strong relationships with governmental departments.
Deals with the Ministry of Investment and government agencies in ending the procedures for bringing foreigners.
Submits applications for foreign labor work permits at the Investment Authority and the Ministry of Manpower and Security Information.
Stays up-to-date and complies with changes in labor legislation.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree of Relevant Field.
3+ years of relevant experience in personnel management (with solid experience in dealing with social insurance offices, foreigners work permits, and employee investigations).
