Job Description

Manages the main FB pages of Trillium 

Submits a bi-weekly plan for both pages in advance. 

Be creative in all postings, and create designs for important announcements (or seek designers help). 

Stays up to date on any changes made on Facebook or any other platform, and makes sure we are using them in the best way possible.

Facilitates conversations among people online and interact with others. Reaches out to customers online and engage in blogs related to our services. 

Analyzes the performance monthly by drawing insights from Facebook reports. 

Answers all questions/concerns daily. 

Posts any needed content assigned by the academic coordinators.

Writes all letters and notifications sent out to parents.

Creates any needed document, policy, procedure or form. 

Creates/edits any documents upon request.

Updates the parent or staff handbook whenever needed.

Maintains an organized and centralized folder for all Trillium letters. 

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator

Expertise in multiple social media platforms

Ability to deliver creative content

Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels

Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively

Excellent communication skills

Multitasking and analytical skills

BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field
