2.Responsible for managing agency relationships and the signing of new agency.
3.Participating in drafting and revising agency management policies, to better monitor and motivate agency performance.
4.Responsible for hatching potential agencies, motivating them to become professionals.

1.Bachelors degree in business management, statistics or related fields.
2.Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
3.Comfortable with data management and familiar with tools such as Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet.
4.Professional, patient communication skills with agencies.
5.Able to work under pressure and good at multi-tasking
