We are hiring Live chat support agents with the below details:
What you will do:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Gather customer feedback and share it with our supervisors teams.
Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives if needed.
Job Requirements
What we expect from you:
Correct and speed typing of Arabic.
Upper-Intermediate English is welcomed.
Good verbal communication skills.
Multi-tasking work in a team.
Stress resistance.
High level of responsibility.
Computer literacy.
Attention to detail.
Working terms:
Location of the office is Heliopolis Misr-Gdida.
Rotational shift schedule.
Work from the office with No transportation.
