Program Purpose

GROW Program is DP World Sokhna funded program that is designed
to provides an exclusive one-year program offers an opportunity for
talented fresh graduates in our community for whom they meet eligibility
requirement.

This program offers the fresh graduates personal
real-world insights and exposures to actual working life, an
experiential, foundation to their career choices, and the chance to
build valuable business networks.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

1. Bachelors degree is a must
2. Fresh graduate (graduated maximum 2 or 3 years ago)
3. To join operations department – it is preferable to have educational background in maritime, logistics or supply chain.
4. To join Health & Safety department – Educational degree is a must in (Science – Engineering – Agriculture) or related.
5. Excellent level of communication in both Arabic & English
6. Analytical thinking
7. Leadership skills
8. Presentations skills

Joining Program steps

Step 1 - Apply Online, send your C.V to [email protected] with subject :

DP World Sokhna GROW Program 2023/2024 and Deadline to submit your C.V on 31/05/2023

Step 2 – Interviews & Assessments (during June 2023) in DP World Sokhna premises

Step 3 - Selection & Arrangements (during July 2023)

HR selects the qualified applicants and arranges his her affairs.

Step 4 - Starting Program (One year from 01 Aug 2023 to 31 July 2024)
