Job Description

  • Post jobs on all available sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment websites and other social media sites.
  • Handle direct sourcing channels (Walk in) in all regions.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Perform reference checks as needed.
  • Manage onboarding and new hiring process.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Search
    for the paid sources such as recruitment agencies, recruitment websites
    to recommend better new sources and deal with and analyze current
    recruitment websites (Forasna/Wuzzuf ).
  • Prepare a pool of qualified candidates in advance for the critical positions (High turnover).
  • Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talent.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring White & Blue collars is a must.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing tools and platforms
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Hands-on experience in attracting top talent using social media marketing and other creative channels and techniques.
  • Ability to multitask with focus on time and quality.
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Good reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint...etc.) effectively.
