Manage waiting list and contact clients waiting to book.
Manage client database and update according to the latest activity.
Contact clients for reminders, bookings, payments, and process feedback.
Reply to messages for bookings and program registrations.
Oversee calendar capacity and suggest changes accordingly.
Coordinate with podcast and community guests.
Support me and the team with additional research and coordination tasks.
Key Qualifications:
Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
Ability to handle, welcome, and maintain gentle conduct with clients.
High writing and documentation skills
Familiar with google sheets, airtable, or similar applications (managing databases)
Excellent research skills
High autonomy & Problem-solving skills
Familiar with logic rules, automation, and workflows.
Preferred:
Previous experience in project coordination, client support, or therapist calendar coordination is a plus.
Job specifics, benefits, and salary:
Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 8 hours (flexible, starting at 9 am and ending at 7 pm, the schedule is set with the team)
Location: Online + 1 occasional offline meeting (usually once per month)

Social Insurance after first 3 months probation.
Basic Salary: 6,000 EGP
Bonus: up to 2,000 EGP
