Job Description
Answering incoming calls taking messages and re directing calls as required
Greet office visitors
Schedule and track meetings and appointments book flights and handle travel logistics
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Manage phone calls and correspondence e mail letters packages etc
Job Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator office assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Very Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Very good In English speaking and writing
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Multi tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
