Job Description
Resolves problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
Advise on any information the customer may need
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Contribute to submitting the reports and documentation regarding the clients
Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products services
