Ensure all quotes/requests are logged in the administration system
Prompt follow up of renewal policies
Modify, update, and process existing members benefits to reflect any change in amount of coverage, or type of insurance.
Review and verify data, such as age, name, sum insured on insurance quotes and policies.
Organize and work with records, maintaining files for each policyholder, including policies that are to be reinstated or cancelled.
Transcribe data to worksheets and enter data into computer for use in preparing quotes and policies.
Maintains the process flow between Corporate administration and other departments
Ensure prompt and active follow up on pending quotes/requests
Maximum 2 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English spoken and written is a must
