Job Requirements
Proven experience in a Receptionist role or Office Manager or Secretary
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor
Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issue
Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Fluency in English
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is desirable but not necessary
Ability to work on a shift basis
