Job Requirements
Key abilities:
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Basic computer and printer skills;
- Introduction to local and global computer networks;
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments;
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products;
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Required qualifications:
- Fluent English and Arabic speaker;
- Learnability;
- Ability to multitask;
- Experienced in using CRM systems, a clear understanding of the workflows.
It would be a plus:
- Knowledge of iiko/server software.
