Job Requirements

A bachelors degree in accounting   English section is a must

Speaks    Writes English fluently

1   3 Years of Hands on Experience in an accounting role

Keen attention to details and deadline  oriented

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information

Experience in using accounting software like MS Dynamics   XERO   QuickBooks Online   MYOB is desirable

Willing to be trained and can work with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills

Problem solver with a process improvement mentality

Bank Reconciliations across multiple companies General Ledger Maintenance  Bookkeeping  Balance sheet reconciliations  Accounts Payable  Receivable management  Monthly reconciliations for debtor  creditor accounts  Processing up to Trial Balance stage   Preparing Business Activity statementsTax reporting & ComplianceTax returns

Working Hours Night Shift   4PM  12AM
