Required Skills:
Proven MS Office skills especially MS Excel.
Familiarity with HR systems.
understanding of local labor considerations.
Familiarity with data analytics and database manipulation is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner.

Responsibilities and duties
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), employment records, and other sources.
Monitor employees database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers...etc. in order to ensure an accurate database.
