Job description:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way on our platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, website...)
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Job requirements:
Bachelors Degree in any specialization.
Resident in Tanta.
Experience: at least 6 Months.
Excellent handling and communication skills are a must.
working hours: Two Shifts ( 9 Am: 5 Pm Or 5 Pm: 1 Am).
GOOD AT MS Office.
