Job Description
We are looking for 2 (female) call center agents with a native Arabic accent to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing high-quality customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving their issues over the phone.
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the companys database.
- Following up with customers as necessary to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic with a native accent. (Syrian or Palestinian accent)
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Comfortable with using computer systems and software.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Previous call center experience is a plus.
