You will:


  • Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix
  • Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment
  • Use appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules
  • Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize write-offs

More About This Role


What you need to know about this position:


  • Maintain daily product availability to achieve the targeted customer service level
  • Work
    closely with Product Supply team (Demand planning), in additional to
    the Sales team to monitor the daily shipments provided from the plants
    in additional to receiving the updated forecast on weekly basis
  • Ensure fair distribution of available stocks to all regions & all months
  • Drive VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) process - Customer inventory & replenishment –planning (order management)
  • Monitor
    and support the deployment process in Levant through ensuring product
    availability, achievement of shipment plan and VMI process execution
  • Prepare & Communicate daily sales reports (Sell In/Out) in addition to any related analysis requested by management.
  • Develop sales reports to Levant and consolidated reports for Mashreq.
  • Calculate monthly stocks bar for local regions based on IMS targets.
  • Implement and align company and customer KPI´s: CFR, IA – constantly improve service to customers through develop common process
  • Meets
    and works with customers to understand their expectations and
    determines opportunities to improve relationship, cooperation with
    customers and logistics, KPIs alignment
  • Initiate and manage projects with customers to support growth
  • Work closely with Logistics team to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensure orders release to be shipped on-time
  • Collaborates with Sales within customer projects
  • Implement control system of data correctness from customer side – master data alignment
  • Explore the development opportunities at the customer side and prepare projects plans of implementation
  • Ensure to apply Mondelez International Revenue recognition policy for VMI & non-VMI customers
  • Know
    the ethical & legal compliance responsibilities of the position;
    raise questions & concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance
    issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct
  • Manage Local product hierarchy creation and maintenance on SAP
  • Prepare and document continuity plan to ensure process continuity
  • Act as Key user for the current systems implemented and used (SAP and SPEED)
  • Provide day to day system and process support to end users
  • Responsible
    for new modules implementation and new system features/modules
    (including testing, training, change Management, lead /support system
    retrofit changes)
  • Communicates any system issues with IT and ensure quick resolution of tickets
  • Responsible for all system implementation and maintenance in Mashreq
  • Lead OTC with zero loss mindset (cost/cash/service)


Education / Certifications:


Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Management, or Logistics


Job specific requirements:


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the IL6S basics
