Summary:
Run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including
hiring and interviewing staff,HR personnel and enforcing company
policies and practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- recruit, interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applications for open positions.
- assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates , performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- assist with performance management procedures.
- schedule meetings, interview, HR events and maintain agendas.
- coordinate and conduct employee orientation/training sessions.
Educations and experience:
- bachelors degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field required.
- from 6months to 2 years of human resource management experience.
Requirement skills:
- very good verbal and written confirmation skills.
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- excellent time management skills.
- proficient with Microsoft suite.
Salary:
From 3500 to 5000
