Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their remote engineering talent needs are met and exceeded.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to source, screen, and present the best-fit remote candidates.
Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating smooth communication and fostering positive experiences throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide insights that contribute to the improvement of our services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management or a client-facing role, preferably within the tech or recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and the software engineering landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business, HR, Computer Science, etc.) is a plus.
