The position is company Secretary
Location: Mazyad Mall, Abu Dhabi
Working days/ Hours: 6 days (Sunday is off)
9 Hours from 8 a.m to 5 p.m (1 hour breaktime from 1:30 to 2:30 daily)
Salary Range: 2000 to 3000 AED monthly
Qualifications:
- Ready for immediate relocation

- Presentability is a must
- Arabic and English excellent language command
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent Communication and coordination skills
- Experience is preferrable but not a must
Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Calling and mailing aiming to professionally present the company, its services and products and work on enlargeing company network either among citizens or engineering consultants and contractors.
- Apply net searches with the aim of expansion and reaching to new collaboration resources.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Keep a follow up operation on the go with current and potentials clients and companies of interest in mutual cooperation.
- Fill in all data sheets assigned and keep a record of daily achievemnt and performed tasks.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, forms, invoices and price quotations.
- File and update contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Make travel arrangements if any
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties when needed.
