- Bachelors degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with email automation, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
The work hours are 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
The work is remote, allowing for flexibility in location.
The salary is 10,000 Egyptian pounds, based on experience.
