Job Description

EduZone STEAM Learning Center, delivering problems-based project - based programs reflecting on their real-life in enjoyable learning way using the latest technologies and gamified education.

- Must be professional in using Excel, PowerPoints, and English Technical Writing.

- Admin work and documentations.

- Understanding customer needs, feedback, and marketing.

- Answering customers calls / inquiries / special requests.

- Replying customers messages WhatsApp or Facebook.

- Ensuring kids proper receiving and delivering to parents.

- Follow up tasks with teachers and managers.

- Ensure good media outputs for marketing.

Job Requirements

- Outstanding representation for EduZone as STEAM Education Center & Nursery.

- Greeting visitors, helping them navigate through the nursery or the STEAM center.

- Maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan work arrangements.

- Understanding customer needs and feedback.

- Sales & Marketing background for achieving progress & targets.

- Excellent at social media stories / reels creations.
